At 17:37 HRS on Jan. 29, 2009 Task Force 22 was dispatched to 16 S. Rose Ln for a reported house fire. 2201 and FM22 arrived to find a wood frame, single family dwelling with heavy smoke throughout and fire showing in the rear of Division B. Crews led off with an 1 3/4" handline and went into operation. Extinguishment and ventilation was preformed by L22 crew while an engine from 211 established a water supply. The fire was brought under control at 18:00 HRS. Mutual aid from station 211, District 23, District 66, Rehab 13, Public Works, and the Camden County Fire Marshal's Office. |

Gibbsboro MVA Rescue |

Shortly after 2300 HRS on Jan. 17, 2009 Sta. 681 and R22 was dispatched to United States Avenue in the area of the Gibbsboro Township line for a single car MVA rescue. Crews found a single vehicle, overturned, into a tree with one occupant heavily entrapped. Crews utilized hydraulic rescue tools to remove the victim. |

At 1600 hours on August 06, 2008 Task Force 66 was dispatched to 06 Prestwick Drive for a reported dwelling fire. First arriving Squad Co. 13 (Cherry Hill) reported a large two story single family dwelling with heavy fire on the number two floor. Squad Co. 13 streteched one 2 1/2 handline and went into operation. Rescue 22 crew assited in interior truck company operations. |

March 22, 2008 02:00 Hours: Shortly after midnight the Camden County Communications Center began receiving numerous calls for a house fire in the area of 125 Cooper Rd in Voorhees Township. Task Force 66 was dispatched for a dwelling fire as well as Rescue 22 for the Fast Company. As units responded a column was visible from their respective stations. Quint 663 arrived to find a large, three story mansion (under construction) fully involved putting all hands to work. The fire was extinguished using two ladder pipes and numerous handlines. Brush 22 was special called to assist with brush that was burning around the dwelling as a result of falling embers. Mutual Aid companies were also called from Evesham, and Gibbsboro. The cause of the fire is being investigated by the Camden County Fire Marshals Office. |

March 9, 2008 12:26 Hours: A heavily involved dwelling fire greeted West Berlin firefighters as they responded into the Sicklerville section of Winslow Township. The incident was reported at 10 Eastmont Avenue off Erial Road. 2500 arrived to report heavy fire showing. No injuries were reported. |

February 11, 2008 21:08 Hours: Command reported a two story dwelling at 401 Grant Avenue in Cheislhurst with fire showing division C, placed all hands in service. Tanker operations were set up at the 30 minute mark. Command reported heavy fire showing throughout and collapse zones were set up. No injuries reported. |

January 29, 2008 05:05 Hours: A heavily involved dwelling was reported at 415 Oak Avenue in Berlin Township. Chief 2201 arrived on scene with fire though the roof of a a two story dwelling. Command reported multiple hand lines in service, tower ladders placed in service for an exterior attack. All searches were negative and no injuries were reported. The fire was listed as suspicious. |

June 3, 2007 06:50 Hours: West Berlin fire crews responded with Ladder 22 to 25 N. Atlantic Avenue into the Waterford Works section of Winslow Township. Chief 2500 arrived to find heavy fire in a 2 1/2 story S/F/D. He immediately requested additional tankers to the scene. Firefighters went to work with an aggressive fire attack as Ladder 22 and Winslow Ladder 25-3 "opened up". Fire crews were pulled out and master streams placed in to service as conditions quickly deteriated in the balloon construction home. No injuries were reported. |

4 Alarm Building Fire Sends Rescue 22 To Winslow |

May 19, 2007 21:30 Hours: A 4 alarm building fire sent Rescue 22 and Chief 22 to 717 White Horse Pike in the Elm section of Winslow Township. Winslow Chief 2500 arrived to report a well involved commercial building and immediately requested a second alarm and additional tankers to the scene. Origionally sent to cover Winslow Station 25-3, Rescue 22 crews were redirected to the fire scene and assigned to fire suppression. Chief Joseph Jackson arrived and was assigned the division "B" side of the building. Firefighters quickly went to a defensive fire attack as conditions worsened and the fire went to 4 alarms. Mutual aid companies were called in from Atlantic, Camden and Gloucester Counties. No injuries were reported. |

April 30, 2007 00:01 Hours: West Berlin fire crews were dispatched it to Atco for a reported building fire at 2163 Atco Avenue. Chief 2300 arrived to find a heavily involved 40'X40' detached garage. Rescue 22 was assigned to check the exposure buildings on both sides of the fire for extention due to the flames impinging on them. No injuries were reported. |

Rescue 22 Responds To Lindenwold "ALL HANDS" SFD |

April 16, 2007 19:15 Hours: West Berlin firefighters responded into Lindenwold as the F.A.S.T. Company with Rescue 22 on the 1st alarm of a "ALL HANDS" fire in a SFD. The home at 1003 Elm Avenue was showing heavy smoke from the division "A" side when 6300 arrived. West Berlin crews were quickly redirected to begin outside vent operations. There were two injuries reported. One for minor burns and one for smoke inhalation. Two residents were turned over to the Red Cross due the fire. The cause is under investigation. |
